Many people wondered – for us a good opportunity to help Zukunftsakademie NRW raise its profile.
Diversity, interculture, urban society, cultural education, urban learning – Zukunftsakademie NRW (ZAK) occupies a range of topics with high potential. The challenge: to develop a clear profile and delivering added value for the NRW cultural sector.
In several internal workshops we worked out the strategic cornerstones and goals for ZAK‘s future profile in cooperation with our client. With extensive analyses of ZAK‘s strengths and weaknesses as well as its opportunities and threats in the sector, a solid basis for the new strategy was given. From the analysis, we derived the operational goals for ZAK and a target group segmentation. This enabled in a new, sharper positioning of ZAK, which was easy to understand and supported by the entire organisation. In addition, a roadmap was developed, which helped the ZAK team to achieve its operational goals within a set period.
First result: The ZAK is better understood by the public as well as its stakeholders. It is associated with a clear positioning and role – that is being an initiator and service provider for cultural institutions to open for more diversity and participation.
