BRAFA 2018: More Visitors than Ever

The 63rd edition of BRAFA Art Fair ended February 4, 2018 with a new record of more more than 64,000 visitors, an increase of five percent compared to last year. According to the organisers, this success goes back mainly to an increase in guests from outside Belgium. My office has operated as BRAFA’s hub in Germany since 2012 and contributes to more and more German journalists, collectors and art lovers find their way to Brussels.

RUHR.2010 European Capital of Culture

Representing a region of 53 cities with more than 5.3 million inhabitants, the city of Essen was the European Capital of Culture RUHR.2010 in 2010. I managed international media and public relations at RUHR.2010 and served as the international spokesperson. In this way I contributed to building the RUHR.2010 brand internationally.

Amazonia in Geneva

“Amazonie. Le chamane et la pensée de la forêt“, a fascinating exhibition at the MEG Musée d’ethnographie de Genève (May 20, 2016 – January 8, 2017) gives evidence of the history and fate of indigeneous peoples. I was in charge of generating publicity for the exhibition in Germany.

A large company merger catapults the traditional printing ink manufacturer from Siegburg, near Cologne to the world’s top position. I took over the inhouse role of Corporate Brand Communications and External Communications manager at the new multinational company.
